These terms apply when you use the LeadsFlow website and contact form. LeadsFlow is a service operated by Ideal Web Construct SRL, a company registered in Romania ("LeadsFlow", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using this site

The site is provided for general information, product enquiries, and arranging demos and lead-quality audits. Using it does not create a client relationship, a statement of work, or any guarantee of results.

Lead-quality audits and demos

Any feedback we share before a paid engagement, including from a demo or a lead-quality audit, is preliminary and based only on the information you give us. It is not a comprehensive audit and does not constitute professional advice unless we agree that in a separate written engagement.

What you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and confirm you have the right to share it. Please do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, payment details, or private customer records through the form. Share only what is needed to understand your request.

Text messages and calls

If you provide a phone number and check the consent box, you agree that LeadsFlow may contact you by phone call and text message at that number about your request, including scheduling and follow-up, using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No professional advice

Nothing on the site is legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for your own regulatory obligations, including how you collect, consent, and message the leads you send through LeadsFlow.
